We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various aspects of IT infrastructure, with a focus on domain management, server administration, and proxy troubleshooting. The candidate should be adept at handling support tickets, designing email creatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of email services.
This role requires Bac+2 with experience or Bac+3 in Software development as well as a good level of English proficiency.

Knowledge of PMTA and troubleshooting email-related issues.
Familiarity with basic network tests and security protocols.
Experience in designing email creatives.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle support tickets effectively.
Understanding of payment processing related to IT services.
Knowledge of data storage systems and security best practices.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
